Please note that the "Same Day Delivery" & "Overnight Delivery" options must be placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM EST to be included in the day's shipments. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Signature is not required unless otherwise specified. bocnyc is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
International Shipping
International orders are shipping via USPS Priority or DHL Express International or UPS International who provides customs clearance and delivery service between 4-7 business days. International shipping charge is $45 for orders under $3000. Additional fees apply for orders over $3000.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
All international orders are Final Sale.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickups are processed same day or next day. Please bring a valid ID and receipt of purchase when picking up your order.
bocnyc.com Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your bocnyc online purchase, bocnyc will accept returns and/or exchanges on eligible full priced items. (Accessories, Gift Cards, Jewelry, Lingerie, Sale Items, and Special Orders are Final Sale) Return authorizations must be requested within 3 days of receipt and must be received back to bocnyc within 7 days of RA# approval date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused in the same condition that you received it with the price tags intact.
Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or refund. Only regular priced apparel items are eligible for return. Accessories, Gift Cards, Jewelry, Lingerie, Sale Items, and Special Orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned merchandise and will be confirmed via email. All exchange items are subject to product availability. We cannot process your return or exchange until we receive your original order. All returns are accepted at the discretion of bocnyc.
If you would like to make a return, please email orders@bocnyc.com for a return shipping label. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received, we will refund your credit card for the purchase amount minus the shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Please note that bocnyc reserves the right to deny refund or exchange credit in the case that returned merchandise does not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
Damages
We will only be liable for defective or damaged items for 30 days from the date of purchase. Depending on availability, your item may be replaced or returned for store credit. If you have a damaged or defective item, send us a detailed email request at orders@bocnyc.com.
bocnyc In-Store Return Policy
All full price unworn merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Original price tags must be intact and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Sale merchandise, accessories, jewelry, scarves, and lingerie are final sale.
